Jackson County K-9 is hosting our Inaugural Glow-in-the-BARK golf tournament to be held on March 22, 2025 at the Hickory Hills Golf Course in Gautier, MS. Join us for a special afternoon and night of golf under the stars with LED Glow-in-the-Dark golf balls.
Between the first 9 and night 9 we will be having demonstrations of our abilities and use of our equipment, Silent Auction, food, and other entertainment.
Jackson County K-9 is a Not-for-Profit 501c3 charitable organization that assists first responders throughout Mississippi and beyond in search, rescue and recovery efforts utilizing specially trained canines. We have been responded to the Hattiesburg, Rolling Fork, and Mayfield (KY) tornadoes, Hurricanes Ian & Milton, SECOR search off the Louisiana coast. Our canines and handlers participate in community support and education programs, such as Camp Swann Bereavement Camp, Hug-a-Tree and Survive, and Trauma Care Symposium. Funds generated from this event will be used for the purchase of Life Saving equipment. Jackson County K-9 provides its services free of charge and without solicitation for donations from those dealing with a crisis. This is our only scheduled event that we publicly do to generate funding to enhance our teams’ capabilities. Your effort in helping us achieve these enhancements is gratefully appreciated by us and more importantly by those that receive our assistance.
